1. Agreement
By using Navarii's websites or mobile apps (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
2. What Navarii is
Navarii is a marketplace connecting seekers with wellness classes, events, retreats, and services run by independent providers. Providers — not Navarii — are responsible for the offerings they list, including their content, safety, scheduling, and delivery.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings → Account → Delete account).
4. Bookings & payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices, availability, and any provider-specific rules are shown at booking time. Refunds and cancellations follow the policy shown for the offering; service fees may be non-refundable. Navarii may charge service fees, disclosed at checkout.
5. Conduct
Don't misuse the Services: no unlawful activity, harassment, infringing or harmful content, scraping, or interfering with the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Assumption of risk
Wellness activities can involve physical exertion and inherent risks. You're responsible for ensuring an offering is suitable for you (consult a physician where appropriate). To the extent permitted by law, Navarii is not liable for injuries or losses arising from provider offerings.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navarii's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid to Navarii in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
