1. Who we are

Navarii ("we", "us") operates a marketplace that connects people with wellness classes, events, and retreats offered by independent providers, via our websites and mobile apps (together, the "Services").

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — name, email address, password, and optional profile details you provide.
  • Booking information — offerings you book, attendance details, and the contact email used for confirmations.
  • Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Location — approximate or precise location, only with your permission, to show nearby offerings.
  • Usage data — how you interact with the Services (screens viewed, searches, crashes), collected via our first-party analytics to improve the product. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

3. How we use information

To provide and improve the Services: process bookings and payments, send booking confirmations and reminders, personalize discovery, provide support, keep the platform safe, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

When you book an offering, we share the details needed to host you (your name and booking info) with that provider. We use service vendors — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (infrastructure), SendGrid (email), and PostHog (analytics) — under contracts limiting their use of your data. We may disclose information when required by law.

5. Your choices

  • Update your profile information in the app at any time.
  • Disable location access in your device settings.
  • Delete your account in-app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by contacting us; this permanently removes your account and profile data.
  • Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any message.

6. Data retention & security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g., transaction records). We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, to protect your information.

7. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
